High Achieving Professionals
I help high-achieving professionals navigate the rough waters beneath their success-chronic exhaustion, disconnection, and a sense of unfulfillment. Through insight-oriented and attachment-based therapy, we uncover the deeper emotional currents shaped by past experiences and relationships, navigate those driving burnout, and help you reconnect with yourself beyond performance and achievement.
High-stress/High-risk Professions
I help adults (25-50) in high-stress, high-risk professions-like first responders, healthcare workers, corrections staff, and air traffic controllers-who feel isolated, overwhelmed, and emotionally shut down by the weight of their work. Through psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapy, we work together to process your experiences, break through emotional walls, and address burnout- with someone who truly understands the cost of carrying so much.
Impacted by Wildfires
I work with adults who’ve lived through the trauma of wildfires-whether that means losing a home, facing evacuation, or just living with the constant stress. Using Psychodynamic, Insight-oriented, and Trauma-Informed interventions, I help clients explore the emotional and psychological impact of these events at a deeper level. Together we work to navigate grief and stress, rebuild a sense of safety and meaning, and restore a sense of inner stability so they can begin to heal and rebuild their lives.
